Experience 3+ years of experience

Roles & Responsibilities: -

• Server Administration / Security and Compliance
• Backup and Recovery / Capacity Planning
• Server Virtualization / Collaboration and Communication
• Documentation
• Install / troubleshooting of Network Switches, Firewall & Routers.
• Knowledge about AD /Domain/Group Policy/
• Basic knowledge about the SQL any version
• AV managing & troubleshoot
• Network troubleshooting and fault analysis; hardware troubleshooting and repair.
• Ensure stable and reliable network services.
• LAN/WAN fault troubleshooting
• URL filtering and website access rights management, specific to users
• IPS/IDS policy creation and assignment
• Trouble ticket generation and response; carrier interface and escalations.
• Deployment and maintenance of network monitoring, analysis, and reporting tools.
• Application of configuration changes via change control systems and processes.
• Installation of network hardware and software.
• Keep the track of network equipment/asset management
• Every day checklist, backup of network equipment
• Day-to-day network performance monitoring.
• Familiar with the Linux OS

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-2 Years of experience in server administration and infrastructure management.
• Strong knowledge of server operating systems (e.g., Windows Server, Linux).
• Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
• Understanding of networking concepts related to server infrastructure.
• Relevant certifications if any added advantage (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Windows Server, VMware Certified Professional) are desirable.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
