Experience: Managed over 100k in ad spend in one calendar year on at least two major

Platforms.

Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop comprehensive social media advertising strategies tailored to each location's

target audience, goals, and budget.

  • Plan ad campaigns with specific objectives, such as increasing brand awareness, driving

website traffic, or generating leads.

Audience Targeting:

  • Define and refine target audience demographics, interests, and behaviors for each

location.

  • Utilize social media advertising tools to create custom and lookalike audiences for

precise targeting.

Ad Creation and Creative Management:

  • Content management
  • Collaborate with designers and content creators to develop engaging ad creatives,

including images, videos, and ad copy.

  • Ensure that ad creatives align with the brand's messaging and image.

Budget Management:

  • Allocate advertising budgets for each location based on campaign goals and priorities.
  • Monitor and adjust ad spend to maximize ROI and performance.

Ad Placement and Scheduling:

  • Select the most effective social media platforms for each location, considering the target

audience's platform preferences.

  • Schedule ad placements at optimal times for maximum visibility and engagement.

Ad Testing and Optimization:

  • Conduct A/B tests to evaluate different ad variations (e.g., ad copy, visuals, headlines)

and refine campaigns based on performance data.

  • Continuously optimize ad campaigns to improve click-through rates (CTR), conversion

rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).

Ad Tracking and Reporting:

  • Implement tracking pixels and analytics tools to monitor ad performance and gather data

on key metrics.

  • Generate regular reports to assess campaign effectiveness and share insights with

Stakeholders.

Geotargeting and Location-Based Advertising:

  • Implement geotargeting strategies to reach audiences in specific geographic areas

relevant to each location.

  • Utilize location-based targeting options, such as geofencing, to drive foot traffic and

Sales.

Ad Compliance and Brand Consistency:

  • Ensure that all ads comply with social media advertising guidelines and regulations.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all ad creatives and messaging.

Bid Management:

  • Manage bidding strategies to optimize ad placements within budget constraints.
  • Adjust bids based on competition and ad performance.

Competitor Analysis:

  • Keep track of competitors' social media advertising strategies and adapt strategies

accordingly.

  • Identify opportunities to outperform competitors in the advertising landscape.

Communication and Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with marketing teams at each location to align advertising efforts with overall

marketing strategies.

  • Maintain open communication with stakeholders and provide updates on the campaign

performance and adjustments.

Stay Informed:

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media advertising trends, platform updates, and

industry best practices.

  • Adapt strategies to leverage emerging opportunities and technologies.

Testing New Platforms and Ad Formats:

  • Explore new social media platforms and ad formats to diversify advertising efforts and

reach different audiences.

ROI Analysis:

  • Calculate the return on investment for each location's ad campaigns and make

data-driven decisions to optimize spending.

Ad Budget Allocation:

  • Determine the appropriate allocation of ad budgets among different locations based on

their unique goals and performance.

Ad Creative Localization:

  • Ensure that ad creatives are culturally relevant and resonate with the local audience at

each location.
