About this role

Team Overview

The Data Solutions and Reporting function within BlackRock People Analytics supports the global HR community and other stakeholders across BlackRock for all data related to the employee life cycle.

We are looking for a Reporting & Analytics Architect to lead the ongoing transformation of HR reporting, partnering with colleagues across HR to understand and define the intended use of people data (including metrics and definitions), access to reporting and related tools, as well as the approach to enabling leaders within and beyond HR to enable data driven decisions.

The Architect is responsible for leading a team to maintain and enhance the Workday reporting infrastructure and create scalable data models for solutions that enable insights and decision making.

Responsibilities

This role will require strong relationships with colleagues across HR (Platforms & Infrastructure, Operations, Business Partners, Talent, Compensation) as well as across BlackRock Corporate functions including Risk, Compliance, Finance, Legal, etc. to identify, prioritize, design, execute, and drive adoption of self-service analytics tools and building organizational capabilities in driving data-based decisions.

Success will be achieved through leading a team that provides partnership to the global HR function. Beyond your immediate team and colleagues, you will have the opportunity to influence a geographically diverse team consisting of a broad range of HR colleagues with varying data literacy. We will look to you to counsel and coach this distributed team on how to manage and utilize data to drive decisions.
