- Design RISPACS for Radiology at group level, Consider Mgmt plan for next 5 years, RAD and doctors' expectation and design the plan.
- Development of PACS policies and guidelines - Vision for the PACS - Expanding the system to new modalities where the possibility is available (non-dicom etc)- PACS Committee (RAD, IT, Mgmt, Quality)- PACS Budget Capex and Opex. - Consumables consumption for medical equipment and films. - Physician relations. - Training - End User, IT - Workflow management and redesign. - Administration and integration. - Vendor management. - Reporting rooms readiness. - PACS management, maintenance and troubleshooting. - Daily Reports - IT, RAD, Mgmt etc. - Monthly review meeting - RAD, Mgmt, IT on usage, issue and new plans. - PMS for RISPACS, Equipment etc to make PACS is properly running. - how many tests can be performed, how many are actuals. - TAT Reports and possible improvements to improve the TAT. - Equipment breakdown - financial impact and how many patients were waiting or went out for tests - How many patients were waiting - even if the equipment was available - what is the operations and financial impact. Salary : Min 5, Max 7 LPA, depending on the candidate experience and qualification.Job tags
