·
Serve as the primary point of contact between President (Sales and Marketing) and Sales and Marketing managers and staff. · Provide advice and counsel on HR issues, including employee relations, performance management, and organisational development. · Prepare briefings, presentations, and reports for executive meetings as needed. · Handle sensitive employee relations issues with discretion and professionalism. · Facilitate communication between the President (Sales and Marketing) and Sales and Marketing managers and staff regarding HR policies, procedures, and initiatives. · Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations. · Stay informed about industry trends and changes in HR legislation. · Prepare up to date reports on employee transfers, new joining, terminations, attendance and leave. · Preparing reports on disciplinary incident reports of staff. · Responsible for carrying out joining formalities and maintaining all employee records such as offer letters, contracts, mandatory joining documents, resignation acceptance etc. Qualifications: · At least 5-6 years of progressive HR experience in middle or senior management. · Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations. · Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. · Ability to build rapport and credibility with senior executives. · Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity. · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Job tags
