About the role: We are looking for a Senior Production Manager to Head one our of manufacturing units. The roles and responsibilities will include: Supervise the day-to-day production operations Improve the operations of the department, including quality and productivity Implement tools of Lean Manufacturing to improve the department Plan production and report weekly to Director Coordinate with sales w.r.t. orders Develop new products along with the R&D team About you: Previous experience in a leadership role is necessary Understand the importance of Lean Manufacturing Good leadership skills and great reporting skills Previous experience in DPR is necessary Previous experience in the Sports Goods manufacturing industry is highly desirable Previous experience in an Export company is desirable If this sounds like you then apply today and we look forward to receiving you applicationJob tags
