RESPONSIBILITIES

Position: Cost Manager – (Civil)

Education: BE / B.Tech (Civil)

Experience

Experience 10+ years; Preferably worked in Commercial / Residential Building Projects in Real Estate Industry. Contractor / Client QS site based (OR) Cost Consultant Experience will be an added advantage

IT Savvy, Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD / Zwcad, Acrobat, etc

Technical / Trade Advanced Good measuring skills on all relevant building trades and understanding of the cross check methods and good knowledge on market pricing and vendors. Understanding of contract terms in use . Assist in preparing cost reports, claim assessment reports, tender reports etc

Interpersonal Good Interpersonal Skills

IT Application Good skills on excel and word and ability to learn and adapt to customised software
