Job description for SEO Team Leader (Location: Mohali)
Client Handling of Ongoing Projects. Should have experience in client communication through messages and calls. Team Handling is a must. Conduct SEO training and guide junior team members. Develop and implement a result-oriented Off-Page strategy alongside On-Page SEO optimization. Create, manage, and optimize website experiments to maximize revenue, conversions, and other key metrics. Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify target keywords and optimize website content accordingly. Conduct technical SEO audits to identify and resolve website issues that may impact search engine visibility. Provide recommendations and insights to improve website architecture, user experience, and conversion rate optimization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and development, to align SEO efforts with overall business goals. Monitor and report on SEO performance metrics, such as keyword rankings, organic traffic, and conversions. Proficiency in SEO tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, or similar.
