Job role : Tele collection Executive
Gender: Female / Male
Qualification : PUC / Degree
Experience : Fresher to 1yr
Salary : 17 k to 20k + Performance based incentives
Location: Bangalore (BELLANDHUR )
Working days: 6 days ( Rotational week off )
Shift: General Shift
Working time : 10AM TO 7 PM
LANGUGE : Fluent in English & Hindi Communication (mandatory).
Knowledge of any other regional language is a plus.
Notice Period - Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Work role
1Calling the customer to remind the due date of the installment.
2Reminder calls to delinquent customers who failed to make the EMI payment.
3 Explain the consequences to customers of not paying on time.

â— Good observation skills and presentable.
