Position: Freight Broker/ Logistic Coordinator
Location: Mohali
Organization: Ray Noya Pvt. Ltd.
Employment Type: Full Time (On site)
Working Days: 5 Days (Monday – Friday)
Shift Timing: Evening (6.30 PM – 3.30 AM)
Salary: Negotiable (No Bars for the deserving candidates)
Cab Service: Only for Females
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Extensive knowledge of supply chain management.
· Familiarity with logistics industry, customer relationship management and spreadsheets.
· Generating leads and attracting new prospects, and developing a sales pipeline.
· Identifying and selecting reputable and safe carriers for freight services.
· Strong problem-solving abilities to find solutions to issues that arise before, during and after shipments.
· Well-honed negotiating skills to get the best possible quotes for customers.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Analytical skills to determine which carriers offer the right set of services to clients
· Proven sales skills to crack new clients and carriers and close shipping deals.
Required Skills:
· Strong book of business.
· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suites.
· Excellent problem-solving abilities.
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
· Proficient negotiating skills.
· Client handling
Required Experience:
· 1+ years of work experience in as a freight broker.
