Job Description

  • CRM Administration & Database Management
  • User/profile/role management
  • Security and data back-ups
  • Duplicate management and database cleaning
  • Management of Hubspot integration
  • Management of other 3rd party integrations
  • User Support & Training
  • Troubleshoot day-to-day technical queries from users and help them create ad-hoc reports and dashboards
  • Develop and maintain training materials and provide training to end-users
  • Manage onboarding of new users Improvement
  • Act as the go-to expert on all things Hubspot, developing strategy and setting priorities for development roadmap along with platform head.
  • Continually gather requirements from users and implement improvements to ensure. requirements are met.
  • Stay up to date with the latest releases from Hubspot in order to identify and implement the most relevant new functionalities.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for increased productivity through workflows and 3rd party integrations.
  • Collaborate with Sales Management to help define and improve sales team processes that operate within Hubspot.
  • Maintain and improve reporting infrastructure.
  • Inside sales support
  • Assist in lead generation to build sales pipeline by conducting market research on potential clients, identify decision makers, etc.
  • Coordinate and gather data by collaborating with multiple teams as required
  • Assist in any special projects as required by senior management.
  • Willingness to work in shifts.

Qualifications

Skills & Requirements:

  • Professional-level English, spoken and written

  • Must have an eye for detail.
  • Experience working with and implementing 3rd party integrations
  • Breadth of knowledge of most Hubspot functionalities (rather than deep expertise in one area)
  • Willingness to take ownership of Hubspot and proactively collaborate with users and management
  • Ensuring optimal performance of Hubspot CRM and products.
  • Upgrading and configuring Hubspot CRM for optimized integration.
  • Managing Hubspot roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups.
  • Importing sales department leads, contacts, and other data.
  • Building custom reports and dashboards.
  • Performing database maintenance tasks, including diagnostic tests and duplicate entry cleansing.
  • Evaluating and installing new Hubspot releases, as well as providing training and support.
  • Documenting processes, including error reports and changes to field history tables.
  • Preparing reports for Sales and other departments.
  • 2-3 years of experience as a Hubspot administrator in a similar environment.
  • Extensive experience in the administration and maintenance of Hubspot CRM.
  • Experience in performing Hubspot upgrades and ensuring successful integration.
  • Exceptional ability to create and maintain Hubspot databases.
  • In-depth knowledge of Hubspot products and their functionalities.
  • Proficiency in creating Hubspot profiles, allocating roles, and managing access.
  • Knowledge of importing sales data and generating Hubspot reports.
  • Ability to provide Hubspot training and end-user support
