Job Location--Noida/Mumbai/Pune/Bangalore/Hyderabad/Gurgaon/Chennai/Kolkata

• Maintain, test and implement new functionality within Workday HCM. • Configure Workday core HR, Benefits, Learning, Absence Management, Talent and Compensation Management. • Run projects through strong project management and governance • Configure business process change, maintain domain security • Maintains partnership with relevant stakeholders including HR Leadership, HR Business Partners, Information Technology counterparts and Vendors. • Reporting • Create Custom, advanced/matrix reports. • Create and maintain Worklets and dashboards. • Stakeholder Management & Other Responsibilities: • Work with HR managers & leaders on initiatives to improve HR systems services to the organization. Engage and effectively communicate with HR & non-HR stakeholders, build partnerships • Engage with the suppliers/vendors of integrated systems

1. Workday HRIS Integration Consultant

• Experience Leading Technical Team /Working as Subject matter expert through the entire systems development lifecycle. • Experience in handling PII/Comp/Confidential data. • Knowledge of Security configuration in Workday. • Experience in work on all project phases including fit/gap. • Hands-on Integration experience in EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder) • Workday Web Services API, XML, XSLT • Core Connectors – Worker and Payroll, PECI Connector • Cloud Connect for Worker, CCB • CCTPP PICOF/PECI • Custom Reports & Calculated Fields • Linux / Shell Scripting • Functional knowledge across at least one Human Resources Module – including Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, Absence& Payroll.
