Job description

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Tendering Manager located in Hyderabad. The Tendering Manager will be responsible for overseeing the tendering process, ensuring compliance with regulations, and collaborating with the sales and engineering teams to develop estimates, budgets, and proposals. Additional responsibilities will include managing client relationships and contracts, negotiating deadlines and budgets, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate submission of tender documents and proposals.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in tendering and proposal management, preferably in the switchgear manufacturing industry Excellent knowledge of tendering regulations and procedures, as well as the ability to analyze and evaluate customer requirements and prepare effective technical proposals and commercial offers Demonstrated expertise in project management, including the ability to organize, plan, and prioritize multiple tasks and projects, and to work effectively under pressure to meet tight deadlines Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders Experience with relevant software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, ERP systems) is a plus
