urgently hiring for FEMALE WARDEN at Bannerghatta location for education school Resident

Exp : Good English communication is needed and only Female Candiadtes needed

Location: Residential Position at Bangalore (Bannerghatta Road)

Brief description of job:
1. Overall responsible for the conduct and running of the Children's Home as per the
schedule, protocols and procedures laid down.
2. Overall responsibility for hygienic upkeep of the Children's Home premises.
3. Overall responsible for all end-to-end management of care and protection needs of the
children to include health, education (regular schooling, management of home tuitions.
PTMs) etc, discipline and well-being. as per processes laid down.
4. General wellness and wellbeing of the children, dogs and all entities of the household.
5. Management of the dogs which are a part of the Animal Assisted intervention to include
regular health checkups, regular feeding and upkeep and safe handling of animals.
6. Overall responsibility for the safety and security and management of the children's home
as per the protocols and procedures laid out.
7. Vendor management involved in the upkeep and management of the children's home.
8. Support for Kitchen Management.
9. Outbound duties in the absence of the Operations Manager and other field support staff.

Compensation and Remuneration:
Probation period: 3 months
 Free food and lodging will be provided.
 Salary will be commensurate to experience, and negotiable.
Qualification and experience:
 Ladies in the age group of 30-50 years.
 Should be proficient in verbal communication in at least one language (Kannada/Hindi)
 Prior experience in similar positions preferable.
Other requirements:
 Should be calm, good with children, good with animals, hardworking.
