Job description

8+ years of Salesforce experience with minimum 5+ years in Salesforce Marketing
Cloud in a senior role.

Non Negotiable Primary Skills

Good hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud configuration &
development

Prior experience with Business analysis or direct customer interaction to
drive specific business goals is highly preferred.

Good understanding of campaign management and data segmentation, optimization

. Good understanding and expertise of Marketing Cloud Administrator and
Email Specialist

. Good understand of Social Studio, Core Messaging and Advertising
Studio, Journey Builder, etc

. Must possess strong communication and interpersonal skills

. Hands on experience in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components,
Scripting language and SQL

. Experience with design and execution of technology best practices

. High degree of commitment, independence, and self-motivation
enthusiasm for challenging work

. Coach and Mentor junior team members

. Salesforce Admin, Marketing Cloud Admin and Marketing Cloud Consultant
certification is a must

Good to have Skills

. Technical experience with Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud and related
technologies

.Development experience in Flow, Triggers, components, workflow
adjustments
