Client Servicing Manager(Candidates from Mumbai need only apply, Experience: 3-5 years)Skyline BDC, a brand design communication agency, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Servicing Manager to join our team in Mumbai. As a Client Servicing Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with our clients, understanding their business needs, and providing outstanding customer service.Prepare to ideate, collaborate, and deliver excellence with us.Roles and Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and any issues are resolved promptly.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their business objectives and anticipating their needs in the digital space.Proactively address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback, providing timely and professional responses to foster positiverelationships.Collaborate with the creative, media, and content teams to develop innovative advertising campaigns as per the requirements.Lead the development of client briefs and project proposals, ensuring they align with the client's goals and brand guidelines.Prepare proposals, quotes, and presentations for clients as needed.Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.Provide regular status updates to clients and internal teams on project progress.Proactively identify new business opportunities with existing clients and close new deals.Ensure all client-related documentation is accurate and up-to-date.Build strong and positive relationships with the clients to ensure service excellence and client retention.Cross-sell services to clients by understanding their broader marketing needs and offering comprehensive solutions.Stay updated with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in advertising and marketing.Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and a positive experience.Track and analyze the production data, identify trends, and share insights and monthly synopsis.Requirements:Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Proven experience in client servicing, account management, or a related role within an advertising agency. Experience in managing accounts within the BFSI industry is preferred (Banks, Insurance Companies, Third Party Administrators etc.).Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.Preferred candidates should have prior experience in managing projects that involve developing videos, websites, social media campaigns, interactive PDFs, and overall brand design strategy and possess a good understanding of new-age media.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and deadline-driven environment.If you are interested in this exciting opportunity to join our team and help drive the success of our clients, please submit your resume to [email protected].
