Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Associate with Juris Prime Law Services in Hyderabad. The Associate will be responsible for providing legal counsel to clients, drafting contracts and other legal documents, conducting legal research, and appearing in court as required.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of legal matters and sub-disciplines
• Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills
• Ability to provide legal counsel to clients
• Experience drafting contracts and legal documents
• Familiarity with court proceedings and ability to appear in court as required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Law or equivalent; Master's degree in Law is a plus
• Experience working at a law firm or in a corporate legal department is a plus
