Job Responsibilities: Analyzing Equipment/Repair failure data to identify patterns and trends. Conducting root cause analysis to determine the underlying cause of problems. Developing and implementing new Failure Trend Analysis. Collaborating with Manufacturer/Repair Vendors to extract details of failure trends. Working closely with Manufacturer/Repair Vendors to explore possible solutions and mitigate recurring failure modes. Discovering innovative technologies and processes to enhance Failure and Reliability Trends. Designing and implementing training programs in collaboration with Manufacturers/Repair Vendors.
