Job description
Y Meadows is an AI automation company in the United States focus on customer support business processes. The implementation analyst role would collaborate on determining a set of requirements based on participating in customer implementation meetings and build workflows using the Y Meadows tools.
Responsibilities
- Participate in customer implementation meetings via Zoom.
- Make sure connectivity is established with the customer's systems
- Build the workflows using the Y Meadows low-code development environment
- Test the workflows.
- Basic knowledge of Python and regular expressions is needed.
- It may be necessary to clarify the business logic with the customer via Slack or email.
- When there are new systems that need to be integrated, it may be necessary to write specifications for the developers.
Qualifications
- Experience in establishing manual test cases and performing QA work is valuable.
- Competence in communicating in English (both written and spoken) regarding business and technical issues.
- Prior experience with automation tools (e.g. RPA, Zapier, etc).
- Strong understanding of workflows and technology as well as business workflows.
- Business analyst experience.
- Strong programming skills are not required.
Requirements
- Need to work East Coast United States hours
- Work remotely with good internet connectivity
