Job description

Position : Sales Team Member REPORTS TO: Sales Team Lead EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND: Any Graduate .

WORK EXPERIENCE : Minimum 2 years of experience in direct sales function in real estate.

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES We are looking for a dynamic, high-energy individual, who has worked with well-known organizations. He/she should be a go getter with pleasing personality and excellent communication skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Fixing up site visits for clients and briefing them about the whole project.

Convincing them on the property investment and its benefits. Generating referrals from existing Sobha customers and promoting Sobha Privilege scheme.

Complete satisfaction of the customer from site visit to handover of the project. Suggesting the best property to the clients based on their requirements and budget. Meticulous follow up with the clients and pursuing them for investing in Sobha.

Participating in property exhibitions and generating database of prospective home buyers.

Working for accomplishing self and team target.

Executing agreements within stipulated time frame.

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.

Actively prospect and generate leads, engaging in effective communication to pitch and sell products or services.

Achieve and exceed sales targets by utilizing effective negotiation and closing techniques. Collaborate with the team to strategize and implement sales plans, providing regular updates and feedback on market trends
