Job description

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and

revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for

maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper

management.

● Formulating a compelling annual plan, enabling a culture of execution to drive new customer acquisition,

expanding existing ones and ensuring high retention rates on existing accounts.

● Supporting direct reports by participating and leading in client and prospect meetings.

● Ongoing mentoring and development of the sales team which includes recruiting, hiring and training new

Reps on the sales process.

● Identifying new opportunities in industry verticals and driving expansion into them

● Cross-functional engagement with Marketing, Sales Engineering, Partnerships, Customer Success and HR.

● Managing the AEs to help drive and close both strategic/complex deals as well as regular run rate deals.

● Weekly, monthly, quarterly forecast meetings, business reviews, monitoring of the sales activity of the team,

and tracking of results.

Responsibilities

● Generate qualified opportunities for the company by rigorously prospecting and researching in the assigned

region/market using modern tools.

● Do rigorous research on companies to assess opportunities

● Strike and initiate conversations, set up meetings & demos with relevant personas of companies you are

prospecting.

● Identify and implement the right sales techniques to close the deals.

● Maintaining a strong relationship with the client and advising them on issues related to the market and

offering solutions on the same.

● Build a culture of performance and accountability within the SDR team, taking ownership for consistently

achieving individual and team objectives and quot

● Be the face of Innogent and pitch the company and our products to the prospects.
