Job Overview

ABS INTERNATIONAL is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as an HR Intern. As an HR Intern, you will gain exposure to various aspects of HR including recruitment, training and development, project management, and HR policies. This is a remote internship based in Mumbai Suburban, Maharashtra, India. The ideal candidate is a fresher with less than 1 year of experience in the field of Human Resources (HR).

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of HR processes and procedures
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and accuracy

Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Assist in onboarding new employees and conducting orientation programs
• Support the training and development initiatives, including organizing training sessions and workshops
• Assist in the maintenance of employee records and HR databases
• Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies
• Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as required
• Stay updated with the latest HR trends, best practices, and legal requirements
