Job description

• As a Software Engineering Lead for our Front-End stack, you will be leading a global team of FE developers to support our product with a quality first approach

• With your technical expertise, you will support the development of our Front-End stack and drive innovations with adopting new technologies and architectures to enable further growth of our product
• You will be responsible for coaching, mentorship, and career development of your team members while partnering closely with multiple tech teams like UX, Back-end as well as partnering with multiple stakeholders from product and security teams

Responsibilities

• Utilize your extensive Javascript experience in React and Redux, AngularJS is a bonus.
• Enabling effective and high quality SW development with proper code development, reviews and ensuring good maintainability with coding standards.
• Conduct performance reviews, coaching and effectively manage team members to ensure that their career growth aspirations are achievable.
• Collaborating with cross-functional technical teams, resources and customers to build solid relationships and ensure effective communication.

Requirements

• Having extensive FE engineering experience in the development of highly chemistry domain-specific products.
• Demonstrate extensive experience in software engineering covering React, Redux, additional JS frameworks, Jest, Webpack, CSS and Eslint.
• Have experience in implementing a quality-first development approach with comprehensive testing, code hardening, and creation of maintainable and extensible Code.
• Thrive on working collaboratively and enjoy leading, mentoring, and motivating your team members.

• Be fluent in English (oral and written) and good communication skills.
