Inviting applications for the role of - Vice President, Presales Leader
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Custom Application Development & Modernization Presales Leader to join our team. As a Presales Leader, you will play a key role in leading a team of solution architects, driving presales initiatives, and creating compelling solutions for custom application development & modernization projects
Key Responsibilities:
. Presales Leadership:
. Develop and implement presales strategies to drive business growth and meet revenue targets.
. Collaborate with sales, delivery, and product teams to align presales activities with organizational goals.
. Custom Application Modernization:
. Leverage your expertise to understand client needs and architect custom application modernization solutions.
. Lead the creation of innovative and tailored proposals, presentations, and proof-of-concepts.
. Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies related to application modernization.
. Solution Design:
. Collaborate with solution architects to design effective and scalable custom application modernization solutions.
. Ensure solutions align with clients%27 business objectives, technical requirements, and budget constraints.
. Oversee the development of prototypes and demos to showcase proposed solutions.
. Client Engagement:
. Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication and understanding of their challenges.
. Conduct client workshops, presentations, and demonstrations to articulate the value of our custom application modernization offerings.
. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and recommendations.
. Technology Expertise:
. Maintain a deep understanding of technology trends, especially in application modernization, cloud-native architectures, and emerging frameworks.
. Collaborate with the technical community to stay abreast of the latest developments and best practices.
Minimum Qualifications:
. Bachelor%27s or Master&rsquos degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
. Proven experience as a application development leader with a focus on development and presales activities.
. Extensive experience in designing and presenting custom application modernization solutions.
. Strong understanding of application modernization techniques, cloud-native architectures, and emerging technologies.
. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
. Ability to lead and inspire a team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively.
