Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment and selection process, developing HR policies and procedures, maintaining employee records, managing payroll and benefits, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. Qualifications Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations Experience in managing recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and benefits Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively and independently Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field Certification in HR is a plus The candidate should also have experience in developing and implementing HR strategies that support the goals of the organization. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is essential, as well as experience with HR software and systems.
