This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Store Manager located in Indore. The role involves managing day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, sales performance, customer service, and staff development. The Retail Store Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets, maintaining customer satisfaction, and ensuring the store is operating at peak efficiency.

Qualifications

• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Excellent verbal and written Communication skills
• Store Management experience
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
• Experience in the retail industry is a must
• Good understanding of textiles and fashion is preferred but not required
