Job description
Shift operation of the water treatment plant for generation of DM water & RO water including preventive maintenance of WTP equipment's.
Maintaining boiler water quality, cooling tower water quality and steam quality as per process requirement
Sample testing of Indian & imported coal and AFR which is being received in the yard as well as sample testing of feeding coal which is being fired in the boiler
Logging of water & steam parameters in logbook
Sample testing of Raw water, Boiler water, cooling tower water, Superheated, saturated steam & Condensate water in the shift as well as sample testing of fly ash & bed ash in the shift TPP
Sample testing of Boiler feed water, Superheated & saturated steam and condensate water in the shift of WHRS (AQC, PH) Boiler
Coal yard management including creating of space for new coal, physical stock measurement, physical inspection of coal being received, operation of truck tippler
