Job Summary

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in mechanical engineering, proficiency in SolidWorks, and a passion for innovation.
Key Responsibilities - Product Design:Conceptualize, design, and develop mechanical components and systems for our machines.Conduct feasibility studies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility and functionality.
- CAD Modeling and Analysis:Utilize CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) to create detailed 3D models and 2D drawings.Perform structural and thermal analyses to validate designs and optimize for performance.
- Prototyping and Testing:Coordinate the prototyping of mechanical components and systems.Conduct testing and validation to ensure designs meet performance and reliability requirements.
- Documentation:Create comprehensive documentation for designs, including specifications, test plans, and reports.Maintain accurate records of design changes and updates.
- Collaboration:Work closely with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, quality assurance, and R&D, to ensure seamless integration of designs into production.
- Continuous Improvement:Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to suggest improvements and innovative solutions.Participate in design reviews to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a mechanical design engineer in a machine manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in CAD software, such as SolidWorks or AutoCAD.
- Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.
- Experience with structural and thermal analysis tools is desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
