Responsibilities
1. Educate students by planning and developing courses of study according to CBSE curriculum guidelines and school requirements.
2. Tailor courses of study and lessons to meet the individual needs of students' levels of academic ability and previous achievement.
3. Prepare effective lesson plans by using a variety of teaching models and techniques.
4. Observe, monitor, and assess students' ongoing progress. Prepare assignments and tests for in-school assessment and homework.
5. Maintain good disciplinary order and child safety standards in the classrooms, on the school campus, during school trips, and vigilance duties.
6. Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy educational environment on campus and field trips.
7. Provide student support services for additional study periods, student clubs and activities, field trips, school events, etc.
8. Keep parents informed of children's progress by maintaining records of academic performance, attendance, and participation; report on all elements of student development at parent-teacher meetings.
9. Help and support in curriculum development.
Requirements
1. Candidate must have a Master's Degree in Visual Arts/Fine Arts.
2. Three years minimum experience of teaching in a similar position in reputed English Medium CBSE schools.
3. Excellent written and verbal English communication, creativity, and imaginative skills, well groomed, technology savvy, and good interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to communicate with understanding and effectiveness to have a positive impact on others.
Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
