Job description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated, confident Lead Graphic Designer who is a responsible team leader with self-driven abilities. He/she must possess a strong creative skillset and experience and be adept at developing creative ideas and working in a fast-paced, fun, and exciting work environment and industry.
About the Role: Provide creative direction and guidance. Conceptualizing and developing high-impact design solutions. Managing the design process Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external, clearly communicating design decisions and rationale. Staying ahead of the curve: Remain informed about design trends and technologies, constantly seeking ways to improve our design process and outcomes. Responsibilities: Designing for various promotional materials such as ads, event collaterals, brochures, website design, and other collators. Decide the best visual representation of a concept or idea. Proficiency in handling tasks related to design illustration and concept development in various promotional projects. Blending creative intellect/insight and sharp planning skills for managing art Direction. Meeting top / bottom-line objectives, seeking senior-level assignments. Solid communication skills with the ability to contribute as a team player and interface with professionals at all levels. Mentor a team of junior designers. Educational Qualification Graduate or Postgraduate in Design. Skill Set Illustrator, photoshop, Coral draw and premier pro. Relevant Experience and Required skills 8-10 years of industry experience Diploma or higher in the appropriate the graphic designing field Competent in PS, Illustrator, Coral draw and premier pro and eager to learn new software. Passionate about design and willingness to update job knowledge by participating in educational training and conference opportunities. Keen on strategy and research-based projects to deliver successful design. Creative flair, originality, and strong visual sense Note: This is a full-time position at our Head Office in Delhi. The candidate must be willing to commute for 5 days per week.Job tags
