Qualifications  :
BE/ B.Tech / ME / M.tech
Education:
Bachelors or Masters in Mechanical Engineering / Automobile Engineering
Experience/skills:
Experience in managing projects in truck/bus design & development.
Knowledge and experience of working on thermal module is a must.
Knowledge of design and development of propulsion system peripheral components
Knowledge of product development process from concept till production release.
Knowledge and experience with Daimler Truck products and working with business units in Germany & NAFTA is an added advantage.
Successful track record in stakeholder management especially cross functional teams and customer counterparts
Successful track record in engineering problem solving, proposing innovative solutions and guiding/mentoring team members.
Successful track record in Projects/Program Management in terms of project reporting, cost, quality & time
Exposure to people management in direct or indirect capacity
Good communication and presentation skills
Areas of Work :
