Job description
Position: Service Delivery Manager
Summary: Technical Solutions Workflow for Google is a tag implementation process helping advertisers implement Google tags on their website. Tag implementation helps send data from their website to a linked Google product destination to measure the effectiveness of their website and ads .
Experience: 9-14 years of experience is in a similar role.
Span of control: 60-100
Skills and Qualification:
. Bachelor's degree and or equivalent combination of education and experience
. A Hands-on experience managing large teams, ability to train, coach and lead front line and Opps managers.
. Experience in Google Tags, Google Tag Manager, Server-Side tagging, Enhanced Conversions, Consent Mode, Google Analytics Configurations etc.
. Acting as the product expert and go-to persons for the Ops and SME team
Roles and Responsibilities:
. Manage multiple projects/pilots/Ops with minimal supervision for its entire life cycle (initiation, planning, execution, and closure)
. Developing project plans and monitoring performance
. Define and document the requirements by working closely with cross-functional teams
. Identify the bottlenecks and implement the mitigation proactively
. A nalyze & gather conclusions in shape of practical recommendations from data coming from past scenarios and new projects and identify & finalize the potential partners based on the scope.
Project Specific Tasks / Responsibilities:
. Experience in project management & stakeholder management is preferred
. Define, document & implement the processes. Also ensure the compliance
. Experience in handling international stakeholders will be an advantage
. A history of leading and supporting successful projects
. Monitor daily production and quality, collect and analyze data in order to recognize trends and potential problem areas.
