Position Summary Ready to design AI Enabled Products? We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Associate Product Manager to join our Product Management and Digital Marketing teams. This role is ideal for an engineering graduate with excellent communication skills and an MBA who is eager to learn and contribute to both product management and digital marketing. Key Responsibilities Participate in product management activities like Product Definition, Design, Development, and Launch. Produce and review product requirements documents (PRD). Work with senior product managers and/or executive team to create product plans and roadmaps. Collect feedback from customers and other stakeholders to shape requirements, features, and end products. Analyze consumer feedback and participate in aligning product features with company strategy and vision. Run product SCRUMs and participate in product design and development. Ensure products and releases are launched correctly and on schedule. Make creative recommendations to expand product base and vision. Suggest ways to track product use and impact on end-users. Qualifications Excellent written and verbal communication skills (MUST HAVE - Non Negotiable) Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (CS, Electronics, Industrial, Robotics preferred) Strong willingness to learn and grow in Product Management and Digital Marketing. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently. Familiarity with Product Management and Software Engineering tools like Jira. Preferred Skills Experience in product management or digital marketing is a plus. MBA in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Knowledge of Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management. Familiarity with the latest trends in customer-facing digital trends. NOTE: This role is for freshers interested in building career in Product Design and Management of digital software products. The role requires a bond of 2 years apart from the training period .
