Role Description :
Troubleshooting complex issues for secured printing solutions like Equitrac/Autostore/Output Manager
Knowledge of DNS TCP/IP and other networking concepts
Coordinating and implementation of new installations designs and migrations for technology solutions
Knowledge and understanding of global security policies
Hardware refresh and OS migrations knowledge
Work on Service Improvement Plan and Innovations
Planning and execution of complex changes
Knowledge on Problem Management RCA/problem resolution
Troubleshooting complex and business critical issues
Participation in DR activities
Creating best practice documents known error records knowledgebased articles etc
ITIL v3 Foundation Certified
