Job Title: SAP FICO (Finance & Controlling) Lead
Job Type: Full-Time

JD:
Mandatory Skills: Asset Accounting, Funds Management
• SAP FICO Consultants with B.E./B.Tech/ MCA/M.Tech/MBA and having minimum 8 to 12 years of experience and 5 to 6 end-to-end implementation experience in Power Generation, Transmission, and Distribution companies in India and outside India.
• Should have experience in Sap Finance Controlling Organization structure, Configure Global settings, and Enterprise structure settings, and have client-facing role
• Should have experience in New GL functionality, GST, Cost element accounting, Cost center accounting, Profit center accounting, Internal Order, Product cost controlling and Profitability analysis, specialized in FI-GL, AR, AP and AA, Treasury, Fund Management, Results Analysis, Unsettled Costs, Month End Closing,
• Configure General Ledger and Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, Fixed Asset Accounting, Inter-company Accounting, Project System.
• Should have experience in Assessments such as Overhead assessment and settlement., Distribution, Cost Center Planning, Profit Center Planning.
• Should have experience in Over Head Calculation, WIP, Variance, Result Analysis and settlement Month end Processes.
• Should have experience in Integration with SAP other Modules such as SAP-HCM, PP, PM, CRM, MM, SD
• Should have experience in customized Z Developments as per the requirements.
• Data Mapping-Mapping the source data element for each data element in the target environment.
• Preparation of financial statements
• Profit and loss (P&L) analysis
• Balance sheet accounts reviews and reconciliations
• General Ledger (GL) and Cost Center (CC) master data management
• Purchase price valuation (PPV) analysis
• Supply Chain Management (SCM) reporting
• Quarterly reporting
• Manage Audits through SAP System.
• Annual budget preparation
Other Areas of Responsibility
• Work self-directed and independently
• Gather Information on the current business processes and prepare the As Is To Be document.
• Gather information on their business requirements and Document the requirements gathering during workshops that is Business Blueprint.
• Gap Analysis-finding the gap between As-Is and To-Be processes.
• Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate, and document customer requirements.
• Map client business requirements, processes, and objectives; develop necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs.
• Document functional designs, test cases and results.
• Perform Functional testing and Integration Testing.
• Prepare End-user training Document.
