Required Skills and Experience: - 3-5 years of experience working with Noetix or any other BI Tool
- 3-5 years of experience with SQL and PL/SQL
- 2-4 years of experience working with Microsoft BI tool stack and SQL server programming
- 2-4 years of experience on SSDT tools specially into SSIS, SSAS, SSRS & SQL Server
- Ability to deliver complex business solution with minimal supervision.
- Experience working with various data source like Oracle, SQL Server etc.
- Working experience on SBM, SNOW and Agile Process is a plus.
- Knowledge of Data Analytics concepts and PowerBi is a plus.
- SQL Performance tuning experience good to have
- Experience with Performance Tuning and Optimization (PTO), using native monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
- Understanding of MS Azure cloud would be an advantage.
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Good problem solving and analytical skills.
- Flexible to work in 24x7 environment.
Roles and Responsibilities: - Responsible for Server administration and performing regular monitoring and maintenance activity.
- Proficient in Noetix WebQuery reports development and administrator
- Support and maintain production data and repository assets. Administer, support, and maintain the reporting toolset environment.
- Define/Improve processes to improve system performance and efficiency.
- Review and implement best practices within the team to maximize system potential.
- Responsible for handling tier 3 support tickets and providing resolution within defined service level agreements.
- Writing ETL jobs to download different types of data from Oracle to SQL Server Data Marts to support newer or existing reports.
- Monitoring, troubleshooting and configuration of SQL server agent jobs
- Implemented SSIS package configurations (Environment Variable and SQL Server)
- Develop and Enhance PowerBI dashboards per user requirements.
- Designed and Developed reports based on requirements using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and deployed them. Extensively worked on cross-tabbed and Matrix reports using SSRS.
- Knowledge/Experience in working on Azure Services like Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake
- Contributes throughout project life cycles, from planning to production implementation, including the creation of functional designs, technical designs and test plans for repository models and hierarchies.
- Develop and execute reports, Bug fixes, optimizations and enhancement, document processes and generate required metadata.
- Serves as technical expert for mission-critical BI applications including design, development, implementation, and support.
- Should know how to write advance SQL, use Oracle's SQL aggregate and analytic functions.
- Must have skill sets in writing complex SQL and PLSQL programs.
- Must have Proficiency in tuning the SQL, PLSQL code for optimum performance.
- Work with Business users to understand reporting requirement and provide optimal solution.
- Work with functional mangers to provide optimal solutions to business problems.
