Conceptualizes graphics materials such as brochures, flyers, surveys, presentations, web graphics and Flash animation, and communicates progress with stakeholders throughout the project.
Plans content, graphic aspects, and presentation of material, product, or service to optimize the success of the finished products.
Proofs and recommends revisions of promotional materials at various stages of the approval and printing process to ensure specifications and standards are met.
Helps to create layouts with desktop publishing software and merges with applicable copy involving brochures, applications, inserts, advertisements, reports, and posters.
Provides approved outputs to production for printing to maintain consistency of finished products.
Works with management to identify opportunities to improve internal processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
Follows workflow process on all design projects to ensure consistency of design; complies with quality standards and solves design-related problems.
Engages clients in discussions about their needs with regards to project timing, design and layout; educates clients to establish best practices when working with the Digital Media & Graphic Design team.
