Job Overview We are looking for a Senior Auditor to join our team at A L Paper House, the largest Handmade Paper & Paper Products Exporter in India. As a Senior Auditor, you will be responsible for conducting internal audits, quality auditing, and ensuring regulatory compliance. This is a Full-Time position based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India, with a mid-level experience requirement of 4 to 6 years.
Qualifications And Skills - 4 to 6 years of experience in auditing
- Strong knowledge of internal audits and quality auditing
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance and industry standards
- Certification in BSCI (Business Social Compliance Initiative) is a plus
- Experience in conducting fire and safety audits
- Understanding of ESIC (Employees' State Insurance Corporation) regulations
- Knowledge of CTPAT (Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism) is an advantage
- Familiarity with FSR (Food Safety and Regulations) is desirable
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work with tight deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Roles And Responsibilities - Conduct internal audits to identify process inefficiencies and risks
- Perform quality audits to ensure adherence to industry standards
- Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies' requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement audit plans
- Review financial statements and assess the accuracy of financial records
- Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to management
- Prepare audit reports and communicate findings to relevant parties
- Stay up-to-date with changes in regulations and best practices
