Job description
Design and implement scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud solutions in multi cloud environment(Azure, AWS and GCP)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and provide technical guidance.
Manage multi-cloud environments, including setup, monitoring, and optimization.
Ensure cloud infrastructure security and compliance with industry standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Azure, AWS & GCP services and infrastructure.
Stay current with new services and features, and recommend improvements to existing architecture.
Assist in cost analysis and budget management for Azure and AWS resources.
Lead the discussion around automation and provisioning of new resources.
Conduct performance reviews of existing multi-cloud infrastructure and enforce the best practices.
Work closely with the development teams to gather system requirements, new service proposals, and large system improvements and come up with the infrastructure architecture leading to stable, well-monitored, and secure applications
Automate the repetitive tasks using Shell/powershell/Python scripts.
Implement configuration management for development, test and production environments using tools like Chef, Ansible etc
Control infrastructure costs by continually looking for opportunities to right-size servers and services
Act as technical and cultural change catalysts, accelerating learning journeys and the progressive adoption of the DevOps best practices and techniques
At least 6+ years of experience of working in multi-cloud (must have - AWS, Azure and good to have- GCP) of managing operations and DevOps.
Hands-on experience setting up Azure Well architected framework recommended setup from scratch using various Azure services like Virtual Machines, Storage (Blob, Page, Archive), Azure SQL Database, Azure CDN, Azure Automation, Azure Kubernetes Service, Azure Functions, Active Directory, Traffic Manager, Scheduler, Database Migration Service etc
Hands-on experience in setting up the AWS landing zone framework using services like EC2, S3, RDS, Transit gateway, VPC endpoints, AWS firewall and WAF, route 53, AWS ECS, AWS ECR and AWS EKS.
Must have worked on Infrastructure as Code using technologies like Terraform
Must have experience in cost Management and billing
Must have implemented zero downtime deployment on auto scaling infrastructure using CI/CD Tools like Azure DevOps, Jenkins, CircleCI, Gitlab, CodeDeploy etc
Experience in a modern software development environment that is Agile and incorporates DevOps practices
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Self-starter and ability to deliver under tight timelines
Comfortable of working in large teams with lead role experience
Experience in handling client communications
