To lead Project Management of 2 important modules of PEP - Schemes & Grievances, taking responsibility for end to end service delivery.
Helping to establish the overall success criteria for the project, including time, cost, technical and performance parameters
Managing the flow of project information between the team and the stakeholders, through regular meetings and written communications
Contribute to the analysis, documentation and proposition of solution options for the PEP module ensuring the options are based on feasibility
Preparing formal project progress and other reports
Taking a leading role in interfacing with the government/concerned departments and other consultants, at all project stages
Requirements
5+ years of multi-project management experience preferably in the area of Government Projects, Social Sector Projects, Research, FMCG, Hotels and other relevant categories
Ability to lead, develop and manage multi-disciplinary teams across multiple locations
Strong networking and interpersonal skills and ability to develop creative solutions to problems and work in the larger team
Knowledge and experience of Microsoft packages, including Project, PowerPoint, Word and Excel
Excellent communication (both oral and written), ability to create and deliver executive presentations
Strong educational qualifications, including a Bachelor or Master's degree
Candidates having QMS certification would be preferred.
