Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Zoho CRM Administrator located in New Delhi. The Zoho CRM Administrator will be responsible for managing and configuring the Zoho CRM software to optimize our sales, marketing and customer support systems. The Zoho CRM Administrator will also be responsible for performing system maintenance tasks, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that our data is accurate and up-to-date.

Qualifications Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Experience in Zoho CRM system administration Excellent communication skills to liaise with cross functional teams Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues Experience in system administration and database management Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment is a plus Knowledge of other CRM and ERP systems is a plus
