Job description
Driving Strategic Initiatives
- Develop Operations Strategy and Track Facilitate the Execution of Strategic Initiatives
- Maintain key data assumptions as required of the Operations Strategy Data Model
- Modify and Develop the Strategy Model as required with new information Coordinate Project Review Meetings as required
- Facilitate Update progress on strategic milestones
- Lead the Execution of Strategic Initiatives
- Facilitate Idea generation development of solutions
- Develop project plans by dividing the project into activities
- Do cost-benefit analysis to obtain approvals of critical projects from management
- Identify resources and budget requirement for the managed project portfolio
- Flag project risks along with required risk mitigation
- Implement Projects by Tracking and Follow-up
- Assist Management on MIS, Reporting, Presentations and Communication Driving Digital Initiatives
Requirements Documentation
- Interacting with end users to consolidate business requirements.
- Capturing business processes, logics and required user interfaces
- Facilitate IT development work Facilitating Design of Solutions
- Facilitating solution development involving the new processes and data flows Developing business logics to be incorporated and expected outputs
- Systems Evaluation
- Evaluating a system by comparison features with user requirements
- Doing a cost benefit analysis of available alternatives
- Testing of Systems before Deployment
- Testing out the software and getting bugs resolved with IT
- Deployment
- Conducting training and creating user manuals
- Creating deployment plan and post deployment support Education
Experience: MBA/ Post Graduation Around 5+ years experience
Experience in deploying IT systems or Digital technologies is preferred
