Job description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Precast Production Engineer to join our dynamic team at Urbanaac Infrastructures Pvt. Ltd. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the efficient and precise execution of precast production processes.
Responsibilities
1. Oversee and manage the entire precast production process, ensuring quality, efficiency, and adherence to project timelines.
2. Utilize AutoCAD and interpret drawings to facilitate the seamless execution of precast manufacturing activities.
3. Collaborate with design and construction teams to ensure precast solutions align with project specifications.
4. Optimize production workflows for increased operational efficiency and timely project delivery.
5. Conduct regular quality checks and inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and project requirements.
6. Troubleshoot and resolve any production-related issues to minimize downtime and enhance productivity.
7. Implement and enforce safety protocols within the manufacturing facility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in precast production.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and ability to interpret drawings for effective execution.
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
