Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Installation Technician. The Installation Technician will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining various safety products including steel doors and fire safety products. They will also be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent communication and customer service.
Qualifications
- Troubleshooting and Cabling skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Demonstrated ability to ensure customer satisfaction
- Experience in installation and maintenance of safety products preferred
Relevant qualifications:
- Certificate or diploma in installation or related field
- Experience in a technical or engineering role preferred
Note: Experience in fire safety products is a plus
