Job Role : Test Manager
Exp : 8+ Years
Location : Bangalore/Hyderabad/Chennai/Noida/Kolkata
NP : Immediate- 15 Days
Roles And Responsibilities :
• 6 – 8 years of total IT experience (5 years of Telecom Domain relevant experience - desirable)
• Knowledge of Telecom BSS/OSS Domain
• Knowledge of Functional Areas – Service Order Fulfilment and Provisioning, Service Assurance, Incident Management.
• Exposure to working in Agile Delivery Model.
• Working experience in Siebel-CRM, Netcracker, CPQ, Kenan, Network Fault monitoring tools (SMARTS, Netcool, Ciena UAA)
• Working experience in any of the functional areas like CRM / Order Management/ Inventory management/ Billing /Service Assurance etc.
• Test Planning & Execution.
• Stakeholder management and delivery management experience with excellent communication & leadership skills.
• Qualification : Graduate or above in Engineering/Computer Sciences
