Role Description
This is a full-time onsite role for a Field Officer/ Field Supervisor at DEADLY ONE'S SUPERVISION Security. The Field Officer/ Field Supervisor will be responsible for managing and supervising a team of security officers, conducting site visits and assessments, implementing security policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Additional duties may include conducting investigations, providing training to new hires, and responding to emergencies.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of security standards, procedures, and protocols
- Experience in security management or related field
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly and effectively
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical fitness and the ability to perform security-related duties as needed
- Experience with security technology, including CCTV and access control systems, is a plus
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is preferred
