Join our communication team to develop and support media engagement and storytelling. We are looking for someone who is passionate about working in the healthcare domain is curious about the world of science and research enjoys telling the brand story and has an eye for detail.
PR and Corporate Communications Professional
Strategize, support and execute corporate communications activities to deliver on building organic and positive brand story and employee engagement.
Key Accountabilities:
- Planning, developing and implementing PR strategies
- Managing enquiries from media, individuals and other organizations
- Researching, writing and distributing press releases (along with our PR Agency)
- Managing LinkedIn profile of the R&D head
- Analyzing media coverage
- Draft content for all communication needs of the company including blogs, articles, emailers, press releases among others
- Serve as conduit through which most company communications flow through for approval, review and editing prior to being distributed in a widespread internal manner to ensure consistency and alignment with corporate initiatives and brand positioning Internal
- Strategize and execute scalable internal communications strategy to provide timely communications to all levels of the organization
- Identify and implement different tools and channels for effective internal communication
- Own and manage the organizational (employee) newsletter, coordinate with various departments to get input and work with creative agency to execute the newsletter within the prescribed timeframe
- Own, develop and manage calendars of key messages to ensure consistent, relevant and timely delivery of internal communication material and to avoid message conflicts Skills, Knowledge &
Qualifications
- 4-8 years of work experience in content creation, PR or Corporate Communications
- Proficiency in English complemented with experience in writing business communication is a must
- Detail oriented and driven to ensure high levels of quality in work
- Experience in healthcare and pharma will be an added advantage
- Bachelors degree
