Job Location : Mumbai Scope of Work PRIMARY Planning, monitoring and control of projects and proposals Allocating required manpower to projects & proposals Implementing systems for planning package development and Issue of reports like weekly progress reports, monthly progress reports, Man-hour Analysis, Special Reports /Analysis, Man-hour / Manpower forecast Streamline document management processes to enable easy document traceability and retrieval. FUNCTIONALLY Budget collating requirements, Timesheets management. KEY RESULT AREAS Timely issue of planning basis & planning package; weekly and monthly progress reports-with accurate data across all projects. Timely issue of Proposal requirements KEY COMPETENCIES Behavioral Need to Have Team player, Good Communication and presentation skills Nice to Have Software & database management requirements Technical Need to Have Proficient in project controls and the fundamentals of Project Management; EPC knowledge Good Knowledge of excel /databases/statistical analysis Nice to Have Proficient with Contracts Execution, Risk analysis and Cost control Education B.E/B.Tech in (Chemical/ Mechanical/Production/ Electrical/ Instrumentation/Civil)/M.E/MTech in (Chemical/ Mechanical/Production/ Electrical/ Instrumentation/Civil) Experience 15 yrs plusJob tags
