Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager located in Surat. The Store Manager will be responsible for day-to-day operations, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, overseeing store management, and implementing retail loss prevention measures.
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to manage a store and oversee its daily operations
- Experience in retail loss prevention
- Experience in the retail industry
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred
- Experience in the fashion industry is a plus
