Job description
Reveal Health Tech, an early-stage IT startup based out in the US and India, is seeking a Talent Acquisition specialist to join its team. As a Talent Acquisition specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing and attracting top talent to support the growth and expansion of our organization in the United States.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sourcing and recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates
- Utilize various recruitment channels including job boards, social media, and professional networks
- Screen resumes and applications, conduct interviews, and assess candidates' fit for the organization
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and requirements
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interview scheduling, and offer negotiations
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Stay up-to-date with best practices and trends in recruitment
Requirements
- Master's degree in Human Resources or related field
- 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
- Fantastic sourcing knowledge through Linkedin or any other platforms
- Complete understanding of end-end hiring in the US and India regions
- Experience using recruitment tools and platforms
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
